SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship most orders within one business day of receipt. During busy periods it may take us an extra day. 

We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. You may upgrade to UPS. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; the cost for each option will be visible at checkout before you complete your order. 

Free shipping is USPS standard shipping. 

The Postal Service provides the following estimates for delivery times by service. They don’t guarantee delivery times for any service except Domestic Priority Mail Express so if you need your order by a specific date order early or select UPS as an option 

Domestic:

  • Standard Shipping – 3 – 6 business days – can be slower during high volume mail times. 
  • Priority Mail – 2-3 business days. 
  • Priority Express Mail – 1-2 business days depending on proximity to urban area. 

All domestic shipments come with tracking.

International: 

  • First Class – 1-3 weeks average; may take up to 8 depending on receiving country. 
  • Priority Mail – 6-10 business days. 
  • Priority Mail Express – 3-5 business days. 
  • International delivery times may be increased by additional customs processing times at the border.  

Full tracking is available for items shipped with Priority Express International shipments. 

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service. 

A note to all International Customers: Please note that some countries require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border. 

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipperwe are not able to mark a package as a gift 

RETURNS POLICY

 

The makers of Erosscia products, Soixante9 Development Group Inc., will issue a full refund for items returned in an unopened, new and unused condition within 15 days of shipment date.

Defective products resulting from manufacturing defects, used according to manufacturer’s instructions will be replaced for a similar model within 90 days. Please contact customer service at 702.763.7381 to obtain an RMA number within 15 days of purchase.

 

Limitation of Liability

Soixante9 warrants to Customer that for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery of the goods (“Warranty Period”) Goods will comply with Soizante9’s published specifications in effect as of the date of manufacture and will be free from material defects in material and workmanship.

If Soixante9 determines that Goods returned to the address specified by Soixante9 within the applicable warranty period do not conform to the warranty above, then Soixante9, in its discretion, will either repair or replace Goods, or credit Customer’s account for Goods.

Any returned Goods must have a returned materials authorization number issued by Soixante9. If Soixante9 elects to repair or replace the Goods, Soixante9 will have a reasonable time to repair Goods or provide replacements.

Repaired Goods will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Replaced Goods will be warranted for a new full warranty period.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, GOODS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” SOIXANTE9 DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE REMEDIES ABOVE ARE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND SOIXANTE9’S SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE.
