It all depends on where you are in the world! We strive to ship most orders within one business day of receipt. During busy periods it may take us an extra day. Please note that the US Postal Service doesn’t guarantee delivery times for their First Class Mail option, so if you need your order by a specific date, please order early or select UPS as an option.

Domestic:

• Free shipping (USPS First Class Mail) – 3 to 6 business days – can be slower during high volume mail times
• USPS Priority Mail – 2 to 3 business days
• USPS Priority Express Mail – 1 to 2 business days, depending on proximity to urban area
• UPS Ground – 1 to 5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M.
• UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day by 8 A.M. to major cities and by 9 A.M. to most cities

International: 

• Free shipping (USPS First Class International) – 1 to 3 weeks on average; may take more depending on the receiving country. 
• USPS Priority Mail – 6 to 10 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express – 3 to 5 business days
• GXG (Global Express Guaranteed) – 1 to 3 business days
• DHL EXPRESS 12:00 – 1 business day before 12:00 P.M.
• DHL EXPRESS 9:00 – 1 business day before 9:00 P.M.

Please note that international delivery times may be increased by additional customs processing times at your border. 

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it can take up to a few days for the shipping activity to update.

All domestic shipments come with full tracking. For international orders full tracking is available for items shipped with USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express International, GXG (Global Express Guaranteed) or DHL Express. 

We use the US Postal Service as standard shipping. You may upgrade to UPS for domestic shipments and to USPS or DHL for international orders. The cost to ship will automatically be calculated depending on the weight of the package and the delivery speed that you select; the cost for each option will be visible at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that some countries require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to check the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.
